If you buy a filter with a fountain, the water movement will oxygenate the water and filter it from ammonia spikes and waste. You can also put a pump and attach a sponge filter to it. Make sure the water is also dechlorinated and treated.

Here’s my idea take out all the remaining fish. Do you have in there then get a big tub or whatever to put the water in then drain the pond and see what the big monster is easy enough then you can restart the pond with water and then you can put it in the fish easy.
