Here's how I duped the $1800 Heston Coffee table for $81! I found the table on Facebook marketplace and see a lot of furniture with this type of base where I live... I'll bet you can find one too!
Here are the items I used for this project:

Beautiful!!!!!!! You can use a carbide scraper to remove the previous varnish. You almost always have to sand afterwards, but it minimises the work. Thanks for sharing

Good job. As a contractor, proper tools would’ve helped you so much. They’re not really expensive or maybe someone you know has drywall tools would’ve helped but especially concrete trowel. If we’re going to seal concrete, we don’t use a brush we use a roller clean your roller first make sure there’s no lint dust debris. Nothing in it then let it dry then roll on your sealer.

Great job on the table, you did an amazing job. I refinish furniture and I tried Citristrip is a waste of money in my opinion. I usually use a carbide scraper for flat areas but for small, intricate areas that are difficult to get to I use Jasco stripper and a wire brush. It costs a little more but you get what you pay for, it works faster and can strip several layers of paint/finish in about 15/20 minutes

Great advice!! I agree the citristrip is not a great use of money when you're trying to flip for profit. Not worth it.
