I struggle with my joints this time of year as well. I’ve seen a few doctors and rheumatoid arthritis has been mentioned a few times but I’m now on a waiting list to see a rheumatologist. Winter is not my friend. So when you say about your joints I really do feel your pain!

I love Costco we went on Monday and forgot it was half term so it was rammed. Look out for things that have 97p in the price these are final sale price. Also you need to try the hot dogs & refillable soda in the cafe £1.50! They don’t make any profit on these.

I love Costco I have a membership, you should try their salads. They are delicious, I don’t know if they have it there but they have a macaroni and kale salad That is so good. Their cakes are fantastic. The only thing I wasn’t really happy about is the croissants unless they’re better over there, over here they’re a little on the soggy side, but you could just stick them in the toaster for a second.
