I can’t believe that such a transformation was achieved with that small budget given your clients were able to live there a for a few weeks before Covid. I think had the clients only wanted an investment property the interior design cost would have been lower therefore the sale price would have generated a much bigger return. Having said that, those special pieces of the antique mirror the bespoke sink and taps in the terrace really made this originally pokey one bedroom apartment into something you’d find in a boutique hotel. Bravo and well done.

You could have gotten a way better house in nicer parts of Florence like Le Cure or Careggi for the same price if not less but if you're planning on selling it in a few years you can make good profit out of it.
