Well... It is not a rare tool, nor a hard-to-find tool. It is called: *Post-Hole Digger* and it can be bought in a many hardware stores all over the world. But you did a very good job on cleaning it and fixing it 👏👍🏆

This “shovel” is called a post hole digger. It’s purpose is to wear blisters on you hands by repeatedly hitting the ground with them in the open position and then prying the handles apart.
