Restoration of Corgi Land Rover 109 WB Breackdown Service Wrecker. Diecast car parts.

I received the Land Rover model from a friend in England. Its elements were copied during the renovation because they were missing in the second Land Rover. The things that weren't there, I did myself. We are talking about the superstructure, hook and reflector. which is on the roof. After production, this model was very popular and is considered an iconic model. I painted the car with a base coat and covered the whole thing with a clear coat with a hardener. Superb restoration, and now you have the 2 two different wheel types. Great idea for making the towing hook! Looks just like an original, and will be much stronger than a cast metal hook. They are hard to bend with pliers by hand. The box artwork shows a Series 1 Land Rover, with the round wheel arches. The model is a Series 2A.

I'm a bit late joining the party, only just discovered you're impressive work Paul. I do a bit of tinkering myself but nothing so advanced as yours. But no-one seems to have asked the obvious questions, unless I'm looking in the wrong place. What I would dearly love to know is: What is the clear material you used to make the replacement windscreen? What do you use to make the molds, and what material do you make the other molded parts with?

I try to write everything in my films. I don't know if you turn on subtitles. are in different languages. of course, the windshield is made of PET, thermoformed. The molds are made of molding silicone mm940, while the window hooves are made of FC 52 polyurethane resin. Regards

Nity tnę normalnie zwykłymi wiertłami do metalu tylko tak jak w tym przypadku w jednym aucie nie miały środka to go zaznaczałem punktakiem udarowym. Z reguły używam wiertła o średnicy 3,5 mm . Pozdrawiam serdecznie
