il silicone andrebbe dato anche tra vetro e serramento così da bloccare il vetro visto che non sono stati usati spessori. Bel lavoro anche se non ho visto guarnizioni tra le ante :)

Bonjour à vous, Étant menuisier … je trouve votre restauration vraiment superbe et l’idée de mettre du double vitrage est tout simplement génial, par contre à la pose des fenêtres … je disposerai une quatrième pommel afin que la fenêtre ne pique pas du nez avec le poid du double vitrage . Bravo

Ottimo lavoro, una domanda: Se volessi aumentare l'intercapedine del gas argon di un vetrocamera (portandola diciamo a 16 mm) di un portoncino in legno, il lavoro si potrebbe fare sul posto o bisognerebbe smontare il portone e trasportarlo dal falegname.

Se si hanno già le cornici pronte e i vetri nuovi, si potrebbe fare sul posto. Metti l'infisso su dei cavalletti fai la fresata più bassa metti vetri e cornici. Ma non penso che qualcuno lo faccia volentieri. Si preferisce sempre lavorare in laboratorio, per qualsiasi evenienza hai quello che ti serve sottomano.

Also mein Gedanke zu dem Video ist, bitte nicht nachmachen. Das Glas wurde nicht eingespannt, dadurch kann der Flügel, auf lange Zeit gesehen, seine Stabilität verlieren, und sich verziehen. Der Holzrahmen ist zwar in sich sehr stabil gebaut, aber man sollte nicht unterschätzen wie viel das Glas zur Stabilisierung beiträgt. Ich denke auch dass die Doppelverglasung nur Sinn macht wenn man sich den Rest des Fensters genau ansieht und eine entsprechende Dichtigkeit gegeben ist. Die Grundsätzliche Idee finde ich echt super , nur die Umsetzung wirkt eher Laienhaft.

Invece dello sverniciatore che é tossico e corrosivo, io uso pistola termica e per rifinire passo levigatrice, e al posto del silicone ho usato una cartuccia di acrilico che rimane piú morbido, assorbe meglio le tensioni del legno e puó essere verniciato al contrario del silicone

@@ro63rto40 years is not old. I have fitted glass into 150 year old frames that have the standard rebate. Only a total moron fits glass through a slot. Normal glazing practise is to fit the glass into a rebate, just as the video maker did. Glass is fragile and will break. You don't need to remove the sash to reglaze, unless it is too high to reach from the outside with a ladder. The slot limits you to glass of the same thickness. Sliding glass into a paint caked or damaged slot is asking for trouble. A standard rebate allows the glass to be fitted with either timber beading or with glazing points and linseed oil putty.

When a wooden window or door has beading, It’s more efficient to use silicone, instead of putty. Silicone sets quicker than putty, aswell as being more water resistant. Also holds the glass around the edges if and when the glass breaks.

@@soner4013 I never said putty is used with beads. Read the final sentence again. Note the two words "either" and "or". I have glazed a few old windows where putty WAS used with beads. That was because there was heavily textured glass involved

El titulo es completamente erróneo, en el proceso no se ve un trabajo de restauración, solo una reparación de un vidrio roto. Para que pudiera existir una restauración, deberían cumplirse un conjunto de procedimientos, empezando por el simple hecho que dicha labor debería estar en manos de un especialista. Esto lo hace cualquier carpintero.
