it didn't need any paint whatsoever, specially the plastic, not only it looks bad now it's gonna flake off. also you should have put that fuse holder in line not leave it disconnected, the switch would be nice too while you're at it.

That's fake... at the output of the switching power suppl: he's creating short circuits. The installed mosfets has a different pinout than the old one... that can't work...

I have two issues with this: (1) _Why was the Power Switch and Fuse assembly not connected to the system, plus why didn't you reconnect them and do a soft-test on them?_ (2) _Never EVER place a Lens Array face down on a work surface without placing a rubber mat or towel down first. You're lucky to not have scuffed up those lenses!_ Other than that, this was an interesting video to watch. Thank You

i think the same, when i saw the fuse not connected, even the power switch was not connected., another thing is that the guy know all cabling location, he did not mark any cable, normaly i take photo before to know were to connect, and mark the connectors...the guy is flawless....

These fixtures are used mainly in theaters or places alike, and the power is controlled collectively by distribution boxes. The SMPS has a fuse (probably even a self-resettable one) at its input, so the external fuse is redundant.

По идее, вылетел MOSFET - меняй ШИМ, чаще всего так и происходит.но тестировать MOSFET омметром...😂

Очень странно. Розетка и вилка на 110 вольт, а напряжение подаётся 220. Это нормально? У знакомого трансформатор перематывал, он включил прибор в 220, когда переключатель стоял в положении 110.

If the light came from something like a theater and was mounted on the lighting grid it's quite common to bypass the power switches - leaving it wired up just creates the risk you might have to lower the whole grid down again to turn the switch back on when you forgot. I would have left the fuse in circuit, though.

Легко! Повесили прибор куда нибудь в ресторан или клуб, один раз включили и забыли. У некоторых дорогих приборов вообще нет выключателя. Предохранитель на плате блока питания, на видео показан. Я сам такие по работе периодически ремонтирую.

@@vmusicru так то это оборудование может и в прокате эксплотироваться, а не только в стационаре. Ну и предохранитель должен стоять в приборе, у вас будет на ферме висет 10 таких на одной ветке, один целкнит и погасит все приборы, а так только один выйдет из группы.

Great how fast you found the trouble in the power supply. How did you found out the broken parts ? (Broken fuse is easy to find, but the rest?). By the way, it is always good to replace the fans if they were old. They cost only little bit, but can destroy whole device if they don't work anymore. I am not sure but I think some of the fans is loud in that device (bearing?).

broken fuse? the fuse holder was never connected to anything.

He measured continue on fuse which were broken, then he used diode tester on regulator in cirucuit which displayed it broken and removed to chek out of ciruitry and then replaced. He then checked for a reason what is breaking regulator which usually is broken diode or resistor so he used resitance measure on resitors and one displayed zero which mean open resistance no contienity. He replaced that resistor and after that everything looked good and output voltages right.

Transitors like in this case voltage regulator is just a transitor cirtutry which has about 0.5V difference like normal diode between emitter and base. Also another way to test in circuitry voltage regulators is continuety test if between of collector to emitter is continuety then output diode is broken on regulator. But easiest to use diode tester which finds contunuety and diode voltage same time. Broken voltage regulator acts ar direct copper cable so the arent any preventing circuitry between of voltages.

Никак, если артефакты поползли то в скором времени вся матрица поплывет, вопрос времени. Лечится только заменой матрицы. Если тв дешевый то легче новый купить , по скольку матрица+ремонт выйдет в пол стоимости нового тв

Вот это я понимаю диагностика ,дебилы на больших фирмах подсоединяют платину к куче диагностических приборов а оказывается нужно только тестером потыкать по платине и всё сразу станет понятно ,главное тестер включить так чтобы стрелка двигалась и всё , а я то дурак думал что всё намного сложнее а оно то вон чё оказывается Михалыч :)

​@@user-rk7oc5zj9sон 103 на 103 поменял. Но диагностика Шима порадовала. Что-то куда-то потыкал, измерил сопротивления и приговорил. Пойму прозвонить сопротивление по питанию относительно земли на наличие пробоя, также выход микросхемы, но что там остальное смотреть и какое там нормальное сопротивление, а какое нет - это загадка.
