HI would you mind if I ask where to start if 606 has too low volume? I almost hear nothing with Line Out and little bit bigger on Headphone Out. but have no idea where to start.

Spent HOURS programming these things back in the. Entire songs with verses, chorus, codas etc. And no way to save the data!

IMHO completely disassembling a pot as shown in the video is overkill and often results in creating more issues than you started with. If a pot can’t be fixed with a squirt of contact cleaner into a gap or hole while still in place, just buy a new pot. And always try this first, before you do anything else
