How to repair the broken Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus LCD Screen? This video will show you how to replace a new screen display for S9 Plus.
A cracked display is no fun, and you don't want to cut your ear every time you answer a call. I know you’re thinking you just have to live with it. But I’m here to tell you, you don’t. And today I’m going to show you how to replace that broken screen on your Galaxy S9 +
This procedure is very different, so make sure you have the correct part before starting this guide.

antistatic tweezers
plastic tweezer

Just replaced my s9+ screen (with frame) with this video guiding me! It is actually not that hard. The only thing I messed up is the back cover which broke, luckily those are fairly cheap to replace (10 usd). For the people wondering, I bought the screen with frame (original replacement part AAA+ quality) on aliexpress for 155 euros.

This video was really helpful to replace the screen on my friend's Samsung S9+. My best advice is that this project requires the proper tools and a good heat source for loosening the glue that binds everything (I used an 1850 watt hair dryer). The tool kit I used was the iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit. Without the proper tools this job is not viable or at least very difficult. Thanks again for posting this.

It isn't that hard. The hardest part is removing the back glass. After that it is just organization of screws and it is Mainly a few components to put together and wallah, you have a fixed phone.

I ended up taking it to a phone repair shop. They said the touch screens are very sensitive and would never do this method. They ended up using an old phone and transfering my motherboard in to it. Cost £150. It's basically the whole screen assembly that needs replaced not just the glass.

That turned out to be costly for you. I did the whole screen assembly but was getting a yellow triangle with a thermometer when I connected my assembled phone to the charger. It wouldn't turn on also. I ended up doing it all over again and my phone is like new.

Glad it worked out for you. Mine would turn on sometimes and randomly turn off itself with no screen output. I tried reassembly as well but didn't have any success. Guess I was unlucky.

Actually this man doesn't know how to change the screen or anything, because to maintain the sealing of the phone, he should have put special sticky plastics all around before putting the back side of the phone back. This is some bad bad work. This Galaxy S9 will not even resist a waterdrop now . Thank you man

Saam, no mobile device, after opening it, is not resistant to the contact with liquids, do not cheat yourself and do not let them deceive you :) But still, it is proven that even before repairing it, it is not advisable to submerged in water, we have found several times humidity on the motherboard on devices that supposedly had the ip68. Actually I have a S9+ with a shattered display and the tech service told me that to replace it they should use an hyper freezing chamber to detach it (?). And yes, no matter what, any service like this would void the IP68 certification. It's sad but true that this Gorilla Glass thing is pure rubbish.

Hola, Albertano! Desgraciadamente, no! En realidad no aconsejamos el contacto con liquidos ni siquiera antes de repararlo, ya que en varias ocasiones hemos detectado humedad a nivel de placa base, en dispositivos que normalmente eran sumergibles. Gracias por preguntar! Un saludo
