I highly recommend to NOT go immediately to the next phase when you are finished with the one you are on. You can wait as long as you need, change talents and wait for cooldowns (like lust). The next phase only triggers when you leave the current phase area.

I agree with the changing talents. You can also drink up and get more mana. Cooldowns like lust automatically reset between the phases

thanks for the explanation my guy i was kinda clumsy for not playing my shaman the last week so i did it on attempt 3 but it was very easy overall

Thats a good question. It took me almost 3 months to do all specs last time. I can probably do them by special request. Ill take a look at resto shammy tomorrow and see what i can do for you.
