Restoration Shaman PTR 11.1 Initial Thoughts

Hi friends, Speedaddict here and thought I make a video on some of my own personal experience with restoration shaman in Mythic+, will not be discussing raid, as I can't see a world where resto isn't used in a 4-5 healers comp. As much as I am having fun playing the spec, I can definitely feel how weak it is compared to other healers with our massive mana issues and the amount of hard casting required to ensure your party doesn't die.
One thing I didn't mention my only runs have been in 10-12 and nothing lower.
I will make a different video on the weekend, sharing some of the builds I have been testing, but I am keen to hear your thoughts on the spec and if you have had fun playing it. :D

Mana issues in 2025 is astonishing

@@bertsvello I am fairly confident Shaman is the only spec having mana issues.. which is fucked, when everyone else is sitting on a comfortable 80% after big pulls

Are you maining resto shaman in season 2? or is this the time to change healers?

@@Kosmoloog For raid I am sticking to Resto shaman, for M+ as it is right now I am either looking into Mistweaver or Augmentation..I still have hope that blizzard can make shaman a bit better for M+

Farseer 11.1?

I have been trying it out with the new dungeons. It feels quite strong but I hate hard casting healing rain to proc the tier set. I don't know if Farseer will be stronger than totemic, as it is right now totemic still feels stronger
