That's not an overhaul, no bearings, rings, mixed up valves, springs, pistons, rod caps, torque settings and a hundred other things . Lucky that job might last 25 hours of run time

Yeah, ... that fresh coat of paint on the same tired old parts, is a very common "restoration" technique.
