First of all - fantastic work! On the other hand: sandblasting paint out in the open is like pouring a can of paint right into the next river. I'm not pointing with a finger at you. Just some day we will regret such ignorance for the environment. I merely suggest collecting the blasted material in the future. That can be done even with very very basic means and would be inspiring on top :) The same goes for painting of course. Highly toxic and gets fed back into the food cycle even for humans that way. Nonetheless I enjoyed your video and admire your dexterity and craftsmanship :)

The engine assembly and work needed lot more delicate handling. But you've done a splendid job 👍🎉. Also use degreaser man! Or use IPA of high concentration to clean before primer paint. Also use more atomisation mist on paint gun. Change it's head. Really surprised to see sand blasting etc. Greetings from India, Mumbai.

The before model and after model of this particular bike usually has kick starter along with self. CBZ Xtreme has a brother (almost 99% similar in engine dept) Hunk aka Herohonda Hunk. Cbz(old and 1st gen) is the game changer in India as its the inspiration to launch Pulsar from Bajaj.
