Its actually a pretty simple engine .. I have a Honda cbf 125 which is almost the same and I managed to replace piston and clutch without any mechanics knowledge .

You are wrong mate. never doubt on hero's spare parts supply chain system.even if this model is discontinued, hero's genuine spare parts are still available and cheap too. Remember the CD100/CD100SS models, it's genuine parts are available too till date.

The engine assembly and work needed lot more delicate handling. But you've done a splendid job 👍🎉. Also use degreaser man! Or use IPA of high concentration to clean before primer paint. Also use more atomisation mist on paint gun. Change it's head. Really surprised to see sand blasting etc. Greetings from India, Mumbai.

Amazing job👍 only thing I noticed is that you put your clutch plates in dry, I was always told to soak them in engine oil overnight before fitting, stay safe out there and keep wrenching 👍

First of all - fantastic work! On the other hand: sandblasting paint out in the open is like pouring a can of paint right into the next river. I'm not pointing with a finger at you. Just some day we will regret such ignorance for the environment. I merely suggest collecting the blasted material in the future. That can be done even with very very basic means and would be inspiring on top :) The same goes for painting of course. Highly toxic and gets fed back into the food cycle even for humans that way. Nonetheless I enjoyed your video and admire your dexterity and craftsmanship :)

@@jonhmarplaza8972 Exact model is Make: Herohonda (Now Hero since the partnership between Hero and Honda was lapsed in 2014) Model : CBZ Xtreme (the one shown in video was without kick) around 150cc. The before model and after model of this particular bike usually has kick starter along with self. CBZ Xtreme has a brother (almost 99% similar in engine dept) Hunk aka Herohonda Hunk. Cbz(old and 1st gen) is the game changer in India as its the inspiration to launch Pulsar from Bajaj. Quickfact: CBZ and CBZ Xtreme are the most comfortable and plush to ride motorcycles and can take any undulations in city roads with ease.
