Я конечно сильно в генераторах не разбираюсь. Но местами хотел плакать. Замер компрессии пальцем, ещё и после сборки это круто. На цилиндре явно видно следы нагара, как и на поршне. Что свидетельствует о плохом прелегании поршня и колец. Должно быть зеркало. Не замеряны зазоры, овал целиндра. Кольца как будто из трубы нарезанны. Слов нет. Покрасить выхлопную обычной краской и трубку отвода выхлопных газов да ну ладно? Эти детали сильно греются, краска облезет и вонять будет так что мама не горюй. Плоскости которые должны быть фрезерованны чистить варварски и нанести кучу царапин тоже жесть. Покрасить пластиковую крышку тоже не лучшее решение, облазить будет адски. Бить молотком по валу. Так не оккуратно чистить возле обмоток рискуя снять лак и сделать короткое замыкание на обмотках. Суда по тому как продукты горения попадали к шатуну и на вал этому генератору кранты после ремонта. Это не реставрация. Это косметический ремонт...

Некоторые позиции и методы сделаны неправильно. Нельзя ударять молотком по валу. где находится резьба. Будет деформация. Статорную обмотку генератора, нельзя снимать воздействуя на нее стамеской. Будет повреждение обмотки. А в целом, очень хорошая работа. Плюс.

А в чём хорошая работа то? Как маляр возможно, а как механик он ноль. И о какой реставрации тут может идти речь. Он сделал детейлинг(тщательную мойку ) и покраску. Цилиндр с задирами не расточил и не заменил, и даже поршень с кольцами просто помыл, подшипники коленвала оставил старые, шумят даже через микрофон камеры. Накрасил губы и не более того, в техническом плане ничего не изменил.

You knew the piston was fine! I am so glad you cleaned it up and reused it. A lot of the restorers buy new parts when the original ones are fine.

If u restore it for your daily usage or for important use yoy should buy new parts for it so that it will last longer.. But if you restore it because of video or after restoring just store it and display only ,after starting one time haha... .you should not buy new parts...

Pretty good rebuild! Looks good. But, a couple things you could have done better. First when you remove the rust off the generator core laminations, seal them with lacquer or they will immediately rust again, sometimes worse. Don't ever just twist wires like you did. Either use a butt splice, or solder (only if you know how to do it correctly) the wires will NEVER have their original capacity because the connection is higher resistance. Instead of fork lugs use ring lugs. Maybe a new piston & rings might have been worthwhile, the original is pretty much done for and won't last or put out as much power. Keep trying though.

Поршень, кольца и палец надо было заменить . Провода надо было паять. Вместо воздушного фильтра поставил вольтметр . При запуске заслонку закрыть. при работе открыть . Вы сделали это наоборот . Почему тогда мотор работает?

Someone else already mentioned that hitting the inner race of a bearing will ruin it and you should hit the outside when installing them. Also with ANY twisted copper connections, you should always solder them. Twisted connections will unravel over time, especially with the constant vibrations.

Very nice Restoration. If not replacing the piston rings. You should have fitted them into the cylinder push it down to the wear area using the piston and used a feeler gauge to check the gap.
