1) Tap water from city, county, or well water source? 2) Does the glaze have to be 2 year old? 3) What type of rock as in rock hard? 4) Specific weight ration between amount of water and amount of glaze? 5) Does the container have to be a clear plastic or could I use the original? 6) Do I have to mix it right at 60 minutes? 7) No kids and the puppies won't be interested. Very helpful video and I wonder how many folk will ask if they should use distilled water. I have always felt that tap might add a little something special to the mix. Thanks for sharing Ann, I will try to be more patient and wait a little longer before mixing. I will also start to track specific gravity of my brush on glazes just for fun.

Ha! Thanks Freddie! I wondered about the water too and some have suggested to use warm water. (We might try a side by side time lapse). The water we use is from the same sacred wells that feed the great thoroughbreds here in the horse capital of the world (Ocala FL).

Ann, Lexington, KY may argue. Kentucky and Florida in 'Horse Capital' Battle. Ocala wins because of trademark, who would have thunk?
