This time we will repair the KUBOTA backhoe bucket, which is made up of several parts. The "tooth adapter" at the tip of the bucket is broken and the "cutting edge" is bent. The mounting part of the "side cutter" is also damaged due to wear.

Temporary welding uses a "Z-44" welding rod, which tends to generate arcs, but its strength is general. Protective equipment is worn during welding work. It is recommended that the cover of the welded surface is not made of "glass" but made of "polycarbonate" because it is hard to break and stain.

@@garage9845 いえいえ、めんどくさいコメントで失礼しました。 私事ですが2022年12月にガス溶接作業主任者の筆記試験を合格しました。 ガス溶接技能講習は2021年4月11日に修了したのですが実務経験がないので免許を申請しても今持っている労働安全衛生法による免許証に追加されません。

Переходник изначально скошенный, канавку не делал, потому что железо тонкое 👍 アダプターは最初から面取りされています、薄い鉄なので開先は取りませんでした👍

0:27 Поскольку режущая кромка погнута, я решил заменить их все. Адаптер тоже износился, поэтому заменил все, спасибо за комментарий 👍 カッティングエッジが曲がっているので全て交換する事にしました。 アダプターも摩耗していたので全数交換しました、コメントありがとうございます👍

サイドカッターの取り付け付近はサイドカッター無しで使うとあっという間に磨耗して取り付け穴が千切れますね～。 はめ込みの溶接部は突き合わせより開先にして溶接した方が良いですよ。 私の機械のバケットもベースエッヂを切ってやり替えました。 職場の溶接機より劣るけどDIYしましたよ。 良い動画でした。

アドバイスありがとうございます 家庭で常備出来る溶接機では、なかなか大変ですよね。 小型の溶接機は休止時間をしっかり取らないとアークが出ないので、考慮して溶接する必要がありますね。 コメントありがとうございました👍

@@garage9845 突き合わせでやると厚い母材だと中まで溶けてないので磨耗してくると溶接箇所で亀裂が入ったりしますね。 三相２００Vの発電機が遊んでいたので安価な直流アーク溶接機買って４ミリ棒を焚いたけど職場の５００A級半自動の仕上がりには程遠いけど妥協しました。
