The mind is such a beautiful instrument that wants to continue to be analytical, circle of thoughts, hopping like a rabbit from one subject to another, creating scenarios and fear as a form of protection. Pressing the delete button on a loop has a undesirable affect on our human “vessels”, many just want to feel peace, stillness, for time to standstill and drift into relaxation, if only for a moment. Being held in a space of netted traps trying to find a way out and being pulled back into the “comfort zone”. Anthony Sommer, thank you for creating this frequency and compilation, and the soothing colours of the swirling image, also for sharing on this Platform with all your listeners. ❤ ☀ 🕊

Broke my nose in multiple places last Wednesday ( Monday r.n ) the two nights I slept with this , I had greater swelling reduction and felt better all a.m . Just my experience. Love n Light 💪🧡💯

I smoke before bed . Just 3 or 4 puffs and I lay down letting this flood my mind and body .
