The Honda TL 125 you restored was exactly the same as the one I had when I was 14 years old back in 1980 and then I swapped it and some cash for a six-month-old YAMAHA TY 175 when I was 16 back in 1982. After a few years with the T Y, I got a MONTESA COTA 247 I Had that for a few years then bought a BULTACO SHERPA 325 WHICH WAS AN EXCELLENT TRIALS BIKE. I NOW HAVE A 90 PER CENT FINISHED SUZUKI BEAMISH 325TRIALS THAT HAS AN ORIGINAL REYNOLDS 531alloy FRAME. I have kept it in the black and yellow paint colours with yellow mudguards. This bike will be one that I will probably be buried with lol. I love modern trials motorcycles but I have a big soft spot for Spanish Italian and Japanese mid-70s to late eighties trials bikes. You have done a lovely tl 125 restoration and I hope you're as chuffed as I am with my Suzuki Beamish trials bike.I definitely keep it and it will be ridden in anger can't wait.M' P S To finish it I am looking for an original lighting kit as it's road registered as well.

I rode one of these when I was 15. My woodwork teacher had one, and he offered me and my school pal a ride on it after school on some dirt ground near his house. My dad took us. My friend was more into it than I was as I was a little scared of going up shear inclines. The woodwork teacher, in his spare time, would go out to streams in the local UK Yorkshire Dales countryside. My dad was enthusiastic about it all as he rode a Sun when he was a kid. Lovely TL you have there. Looks gorgeous!

@@savinggracechurch4112 Thank you very much. These things did go up sheer inclines pretty easily, that’s one of the things I remember most about them. Just very cool bikes!

Lovely bike well done I remember these in the late 70s , I had a Yamaha Dt 175 used to go and watch trials meets in the Yorkshire dales with my dad great memories 🙂don’t sell it you’ll regret it later love the videos 👍🏻💯🇬🇧
