Oh Man, Another great job, yet you're so creative that I would have thought you'd do something contrasting and cool with the stripes that you removed. They were fantastic ornaments on the original. Regardless, nice job though in the future keep the side stripe on a '56 Bel Air. My girlfriend had a 1956 in our senior year of high school, 1967. It is a classic automobile that you gave justice to, yet the stripes - oh well, lo and behold.

im daris neighbour, skip j king and a pro modeler like you are , videographer. In real life i have always been part of a very big part of the tri -state car culture ,and myself, helped others with real life car restoration and light customizing. You, my friend have done a truly magnificent job of taking what i assume, was an abandoned toy model(is it 1/18 or 1/24?) and turned it from a real life derelict wreck to a very collectable, beautiful and potentially very expensive showpiece. You are obviously a highly intelligent, motivated perfectionist who took great care and attention to detail that is most admirably meticulous. I would probably have done the underside but i can predict your rebuttal; nobody will see it and the worn inside hood adds a unique touch of realism to this masterpiece, so o.k., i'm cool with it. Are you from Jersey too?
