The tanks are 1947-1951,NOT 1942,(Tank Badge is a dead give away),...as far as to what it is worth...Well it doesn't run,it's not stock in any way shape or form because it is a "WLA" Military bike,missing a ton of original "Military" parts...Fair Market Value would be around $4500-$6000 at best. I know "45's" very well after building them for over 40 years and am a insurance estimator of "Value" when it comes to these...

Not only is it missing a lot of the original parts . there's a lot of wrong parts on it. You're pretty close on the fair value

It's actually 80 yrs old...not 70...trust me it needs encouragement to start...a certain procedure is needed ...its not lik a more modern bike to start it.

It’s actually a small bike the w is a 750cc side valve low compression engine stock with cast iron heads it makes 5:1 compression at about 22 hp aluminum heads make about 6:1 at about 27 hp and that was a 25k bike at the time of a 10k offer
