Good god, that kitchen tile cobblestone on the outside walls is definitely a choice. I was really hoping you would redo it but we’re 5 minutes in and I don’t have much hope left. Edit: oh god the yellow wall!

Everyone criticizing Drae's wall choices, but nobody is questioning that he added a child's playset and sandbox in the backyard of a single bedroom house? The same house that neglects a railing next to the stairwell and puts the shoe rack AT THE TOP of the stairs? Kids gonna drag mud all the way up those stairs, then slip and fall down them when taking them off. Then sleep on the couch or in the tub lol

Okay hear me out. if you are going to do an accent wall (the yellow one) typically you should opt for a darker color to compliment the white. When you have those two bright colors together it just makes a giant eyesore. One more thing is to have a bit less lights so it's not as blinding in the house, and the bathroom is a bit weird being a completely different enviornment than the rest of the house.

Watching Drae play games like this is always such a trip. Man is usually SO damn good at doing furniture and decorations, but good god is your sense of colors.... *something*. Dont get me wrong, I love your videos Drae. But please. The colors. My eyes are burning kind sir. On a for real note though, I fully standby the mind set of its your time playing it, you play it how you want. We gonna watch regardless. At 13:20 those pillars on the windows can be painted or change their color. With either paint or the tile you want point at it and you’ll get the option to color it. It takes a second and it loads and then you’ll see it get applied.

its always interesting to see everyones visions when flipping houses in this game. My build i removed the garage door and put up a wall. Double door entrance and made a bedroom and laundry room in the lower floor and in the upper front window tore out the wall and made a huge window with the living room and a computer desk bathroom and kitchen upstairs.

When Drae designs stuff I usually go in expecting to get angry at his design choices. The cobblestone wall was certainly one of *those* choices, but other than that, honestly looks pretty good. I feel like since he went the extra mile to place his logo over the desk it just makes sense for this to be his new office. P.S.: I'm pretty sure the shower is set up wrong and not assecible unless you're as thin as a toothpick

In case anyone is wondering, Venitian Plaster is essentially drywall that has been sanded and polished to a baby smooth surface. Because it is super labor intensive and therefore expensive, it is likely only to be found in wealthy homes. There is no texture on venitian plaster.

The starter house is your parents house so you can NOT sell it. If you keep the upgraded house you will have to earn the money to flip another one. So it's up to you on what you wanna do.

Cool design and we did the layout identical in the bedroom and laundry area. For the laundry area I removed the doors and wall between the two rooms and made it into a combo powder room/laundry area. I used the exact same placement for the washer/dryer and shelves. I also used the cobblestone but only for the front facade

Just to let you know, you cannot sell your starter house, it's your parents house lol you can remodel it but cannot resell it, if I were you, I'd sell that flipped house and remodel the parents house that way you can earn a lot more cash! Also, there's only 1 bidder to begin with, the more houses you sell, the better prices you can get 😉

Sell the old house and use the money on the new house add a additional garage and make the lower floor the office and move it out the bedroom put a wardrobe in that corner but with the basement remove the garage door put a sitting area down there for your house flipping business and make the office where all the work is done that way you can keep work from home kinda how I have my set up it just feels better in real life to have your work out of your sleeping area
