The beauty of that console is mesmerizing. My only concern is that these particular consoles are notoriously plagued with hardware problems and it seems like way too much artistic time and effort can be potentially wasted

It's a common misconception that all fat models were unreliable but the console in the video is a late Falcon revision which are reliable and don't have the same GPU issues of older revisions

Very cool video, you should look into RGHing these custom consoles you do. You could add themes to the software such as custom boot logo animations to match the exterior cosmetics.

You have a late Falcon revision judging by the 2008-08-15 MFR date so the console will be nice and reliable

All of these tutorials skip every button removal lmfao

This is not a tutorial… but the buttons need are quite hard to film thats the problem. However basicliy you need to “break” them from the holders and later glue them again… no other way! :)
