@@ComputersAndTechAndAndrew Well it does look gorgeous... but if you don't apply at least 2 coats of clear, that pretty colors (great combination, by the way!) will be stripping down in a few weeks. Maybe it don't seems to be so obvious but hands sure does a lot of friction on surfaces, and as many good as paint could be, it will strip anyways, that's for sure. So giving some extra protection is a good way to protect that many hours of work.

@@Cabeza492 Hi bro, yes you are right about protection, but I done matte because my friend request matte, also this processes took almost 4 days, painting and a drying, I always apply 3-4 coats to make the paint more durable and scratch resistant, In my next video I will explain more about painting. If I applied an extra clear glossy coat the paint it will be much better and much stronger.

This is fantastic! I have rehabbed many laptops, but never painted them. You've given me a lot of good ideas. A little bit of feed back though... painting the trackpad probably isn't wise. You could give up a lot of precision, not to mention the wear. More importantly, use a heatgun/hair dryer on those stickers! No need to risk using an exacto knife. A little heat and they will peal off with your fingers and not leave so much residue.

I have a tips for cleaning the "brown/smoke air" mark of parts, like under the keyboard : Use WD 40 and spray on the part you are going to clean, then use a baby wipe, they are a little bit "abbrasive" that's working so well for cleaning that dirt and it doesn't make the object to be cleaned greasy thanks to the wipe.
