I would recommend a UV light indoor set up over outside sun if the soles are detached from the shoe. I have found the hot sun causes the soles to stretch and therefore cannot be put back on the shoe. Great video.

You are 100% correct, that’s why the 2nd video I did on clearing (icing soles) I did the indoor UV set up. Way easier and better results for sure. Thanks for the comment

I dig it but I do recommend using painter's tape over the non-iced parts. They eventually fade in color otherwise. It's fr. I keep to the classic - baking soda, peroxide just in between paste and liquid.

@nolikesneeded Жыл бұрын
Yeah the process is slow with the cream, make sure you have good direct sunlight at all times, any shade doesn’t seem to work. I’m going to do a UV light video soon. I think the results will be much better and way faster results

Aye bro you made a nice vid! You be doin tha same thing I do, making different concoctions of ingredients. I got 2 little spray bottles with ingredients I don't even remember what I put in them it's been so long since I had to use some. But it works. I got some prescription teeth whitener from my dentist and I'm bout to try it on my Raging Bull 5s, try to fix the yellowing. I mean it makes sense. If it can penetrate layers of your teeth then it should easily penetrate a rubber sole and outsole..............right?🤷🏾♂When you make another vid I'll tell you the results. Hell I might make my own channel trying out homemade concoctions to clean shoes. I made some great all over shoe cleaner. I don't think it's good on suede. I know for sure its got some bleach and some Dawn in it. There's a few more ingredients, maybe headlight restorer, maybe some Stain B Gone, idk. It works great I can tell you that. It's not for yellowing. I've never had that issue because I clean my shoes everyday I wear them. I bought those Raging Bulls used and they already had some yellowing. I've got headlight restorer and that teeth whitener marinating on them now so we'll see in a few hrs. Maybe the soles will fall off😂🤣

Wow!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 love it! Appreciate the comment and definitely can’t be afraid to try different things, what’s the worst that could happen right 😅. I applaud what you’re doing and definitely keep me posted on the results of the raging bulls, hope the soles don’t fall off lol 🫡

@nolikesneeded10 ай бұрын
Never heard of the rock salt method…have you done it before?
@kashmoni108510 ай бұрын
Honestly no, I just heard of it yesterday from a finish line employee. He said boil it and just let the steam from that hit it. I kinda makes sense to me because at one point in time I was. Looking into MMS. That's sodium chlorite which is basically the same thing as rock salt. MMS involved taking micro dosage of sodium chloride with concentrated vitamin c to make sodium chlorite in the body. Long story short it's making ozone/peroxide for consumption to kill off bodily pathogens. That yellow tint is oxidation. Same thing that makes car head lights dull and yellowish. See where I'm coming from with this logic? Anyway, I like how you came up with the idea of using teeth whitening method for the icee soles on your own and I see that you're not afraid to experiment with new stuff. I just think you should've use a uv light instead of sun baking them because to my understanding the sun is what did that in the first place. Keep up the good content and I'm hoping you do more experiments in the near future. Maybe even patent 'something'!
