It never ceases to amaze me watching you guys do the incredible work you do. When you’re going to bake this bonnet by 180 degrees after powder coating I think you will fry the oem coating between the in and outer panel and it will come out at some point

The body looks really good, but considering how badly rusted the car was, I'm really surprised that you didn't acid dip it. There is no other way to remove from rust inside the cavities.

He spoke about this, there is no better way to remove pannel seal which then can't be replaced. It's better to keep this factory whenever possible.
