RESTORING MY 10+ YEAR OLD MONSTER HIGH DOLLS

Wholesome video! Just wanted to mention that monster high dolls yellowing is very very common so dont worry. Not only can they yellow from sunlight but from humidity as well. I have kept most of them in boxes for a few years and lots of them are yellow. What most people do including me is buying hair peroxide. Its a liquid you can get at most stores that sell hair dyes. You glob it on and leave the doll in the sun for a few hours. Repeat if necessary. It honestly is magic! Oh yeah you can wrap them in foil but i think its optional and it will work either way. Also there are ways to fix broken limbs but theyre a bit more work. Ive fixed many broken arms not legs yet but i will because my original Torelie has the same leg broken! Anyways cant wait to see more!

ok, just to make things easier for you and anyone trying Goo-gone....Wet hair, use dawn ( has to be dawn), wash first, apply goo gone to wet hair, Massage in. Wait about 5-8 minutes, then spray again, but this time use a doll hair brush to comb it threw. wait 20 minutes and then wash out with Dawn. Rinse several times. Then use a shine conditioner and shampoo and again comb each threw, let rest for about half hour. then rinse. that's it. you don't' have to wait three to four hours. Hope this helps

New subscriber here, you seem so chill! I recently just got into monster high collecting (my sister was always way more into it but I was just a filthy casual) now I'm legit obsessed! I've been watching a compilation video of all the episodes and then I'll be watching the movies! I just wish it was easier to shop for clothes for them 😢 most of my dolls are naked and it'll be upwards of 50+ just to get all their clothes.

They all look great. I have of course a soft spot for Toralei 😉. I am in the process of restoring some of my dolls too. The glue seepage drives me nuts. Unfortunately, Goo gone is not available in Europe. Poor Monsters, seeping glue in this horrible way 😪

I only have goolipie and had art class Draculaura when I was around 12-14 I wanted to customise her so I cut her hair off with scissors and removed her face paint 😭and my mum chucked her awayyyy I only have her dress and shoes now and other dolls I owned I only have the shoes,dresses and accessories, like ghouls alive spectra dress’s, scaries abbeys bag and Draculauras shoes.

Hi! I've actually never tried rerooting so I'm really not sure, but I know there are some amazing tutorials on youtube from doll collectors who reroot their dolls!

Is it an option to rebody old jeads unto the new gen3 bodies? Is that even possible? ( Compatible necks/ pegs)... I am too new to it all and dont own any old monster high dolls.
