I love how Cleo has bangs in this version! I was so sad when they first came out and she was missing her bang 😩❤️ I love their outfits as well, they look a little more coherent. They look better than the first wave of them also I read somewhere that Cleo shouldn't have her heart removed, because irl in egypt they kept their hearts inside the bodies & only removed the brain etc so realitically she shouldn't have her heart removed

You're right, They address it in the show, that because she's royalty she had all of her organs removed even tho its unusual, like as a "princess treatment" thing. Her organs are a recurring story element/gag in G3 but I wish the new dolls came with diaries to explain all that lol

Lagoona is definitely my favorite of this new line. I really haven’t liked her redesign much in G3 (though Fearidescent and Spa Day are both on the Want list, thanks to their hair), but this one is so pretty, both in terms of her overall look, her hair, and her clothes. I have to be careful with who I buy, since I live on a shoestring budget, so I can’t afford to be a full-on collector. But I definitely want this Lagoona!

I think all 5 refresh dolls look better than the originals. It's a tie between Frankie and Cleo of these three for me. I love your reviews. Hopefully by summer there will be more coming out and you will get your spark back. However, I think most collectors feel that the doll boom of '21, '22, and '23 has tapered off, and many of us are saturated and broke anyway. I also collect American Girl, so I would be interested in content on that, even if just some clips from the store.

It’s so interesting to me that once you reached a level of success with KZbin you kinda dipped out. I total get though . Doll collecting is a hobby like any other in the sense that you have times when you spend more time and less time. I think it just depends on the collector. Real life has a priority over doll collecting for most people. I think content creators feel lost right now with the decline of Rainbow High , that was such a huge chunk of content for creators. I have also been watching less content and focusing on my own collection. Sometimes we all need a break or a change. Change can be scary, especially for doll collectors. I hope your well of inspiration starts filling up again, and if not I am sure you will be amazing at whatever you do next . Your sense of humor is so so good .
