You are correct, but in the movie he wears a Seiko. Rolex did not want their watch and brand to be associated with the character of a psychopath. Therefore the choice was made to show a Seiko that mimics the look of the Rolex Datejust.

How do you know what screw goes where? 😮

great question, a good exercise someone taught me a while back was mix up screws and learn how to look at the head of a screw, thread pitch etc this will tell you what goes where in a movement. or keep it simple and just keep everything organized.

I wish I could find someone like yourself in Australia to service my 3035 movement, it's a 16800 matt black dial with tritium painted dial, scared to give it to Rolex. Beautiful video, very enjoyable to watch. It's a shame Rolex didn't want to be associated with the movie, as it could have been known as the Psycho Rolex.

The daytona is the best rolex imo, i bought it in switzerland, it was the right size for me, she was beautiful. Better than the datejust. Now, I'm curious to see how much it's worth today, so I'm planning to do a little research.
