All creeks are rivers. Not all rivers are creeks.

@@martymelchior620 I think you missed his point, it used to be a river of considerably more width and depth judging by the sides where the trees are, and it doesn't seem likely that this creek would have been much use for what it had been when it was exploited for fish.
