It is hard to find new or decent phone cases for old Nokias. I've been planning on refurbishing my old Nokia phones, 5110, 6110 and 6630, but it's hard to find new cases and keypads for them. Nice job as always on the restoration, specially the Nokia N73.

Fantastic restoration!! Really enjoyed the video. What I was surprised was to see that the N73 survived that extreme corrosion. Looks like the IC/small components weren't much affected luckily.

I have a old iPhone 3GS I picked up for $5 in 2021. I checked it had a sim, no icloud. Restored it via itunes and you have to have a sim inside to set it up. Which is why I will permanently keep one on hand. These make good Ipods if you disable everything that is not needed a very long battery life.

Some times ago I had 12 Nokia phones that seemed in perfect working condition but 11 of them had the same weird problem , Always when I tried to make calls , send sms and browse internet (I mean only while using these specific options) they showed Battery low or Battery empty and turned off after few seconds even though battery was half or full and even when the battery was new and fully charged . What could have been the problem ?
@ComputersAndTechAndAndrew Жыл бұрын
Hi bro, in most cases the problem is the battery. Except if the phones were liquid damaged or have other physical damage. When the battery starts dying It may show that is full but wherever you try do something then the battery will show fast drain
