My sister is a newly diagnosed with dermatomyositis and the treatment she is getting is cytoxan. She has received rituxan and getting plasmapharesis. She remains intubated and critical. Are we treating her right? How hard is it for her to get the IVIG treatment and sounds like she would benefit from it

Sir my ANA Profile is border line for jo-1 with intensity of 5,what are the consequences
