To he honest no recruiters ask for azure trainings or certifications you have done. They only ask how much hands-on experience you have on azure portal. If you say less you get rejected. If you say more you get tough questions which you cant answer and then get rejected. I have been through this a lot. I have 7bazure certifications but no company giving azure profile job because of actual hands-on experience.

Even if someone has not taken any training or done any certifications but has actually worked on azure is given more demand and gets hired.
