Well, I'll say one thing, you're not afraid of hard work - and you're a good man to be saving this car for your friend. I thought I knew rust, lol. That dolly is sure working a treat too.

Michael - don't hate me. Put safety glasses on. I spent 3 hours in A&E having a small shard of metal shaving removed from my eye (numbed then dye put in to see) and since then I am the poster boy for glasses.

25 years ago the spot weld removers I used had a spring loaded hardened pin instead of a drill bit ,the spot weld removers are good idea because you don’t end up with a hole That you have to fill with weld . looking forward to see how this project comes along 👍👍👍🇦🇺

Michael after watching the vids on the blasphemy project. Could you put a protective cloth over it. I would hate for that paint to get damaged by grinding debris. Keep up the good work
@GotMilkRS132 жыл бұрын
Why aren’t you blasting the inner sills? Wouldn’t that be the cleaner way? In my opinion cleaning it with the grinder pulls dirt into the metal that creates new rust spots
@rennch. Жыл бұрын
I will once I get everything exposed. But I may be replacing those panels too.

Hey there, where do you get your body panels from? Great informative video.

There's an easy way to get the floors out. In my video I demonstrate using an air chisel with a flat blade running along the welds. It takes about 10 minutes to do the entire floor.. Bit late now tho, I guess.

This channel averages $300/month in revenue from KZbin. Last month, between the car and the channel, I've got 70+ hours into it. That works out to about $4.20/hour. So you're goddamn right if I can get a sponsor, I will. If you don't like the 2 minutes, and don't want to support me, please watch something else. Bye.
@JackBWatkins2 жыл бұрын
Michael, I think it is great that you got a sponsor. I am sure you worked your ass off to get it. Your followers also know that you have a media blasting business on the side plus your business consulting. If anybody deserves to have their channel break into the big time it is you. I’ll watch the ads and support your sponsors.

@@rennch. I'm not a fan of the ads but I know that this hobby ain't cheap.. Also, I think allot of people think Utube/tiktok pays well. LOL. I know somebody that does make $$ of their utube videos by telling people how she manages five kids, like how to make them all pbj's for lunch. Personally I don't get it but whatever.

Looking good👍 I was under the impression p15 doesn't like to stick to bare metal.. that it's real bond strength was with the rusted surface. However if you end up blasting it, what will you treat it with.... cre epoxy? Then weld through around the welded portions and cavity wax after?
