Have you ever seen a hanging Chinese lantern garnish before? When my friends from the Kontigo Tiki bar sent me a photo of a vintage garnish that they were reintroducing to the marketplace, I knew that we had to have them on to talk about it!
To make the TAPA PUNCH:

3oz Dark Jamaican Rum
1oz White Puerto Rican Rum
1/2oz Peach Flavored Brandy
3oz Sweet and Sour Mix (1 1/2oz simple syrup, 3/4oz lime juice, 3/4oz lemon juice)
1/4oz Fresh lime juice
--------------------------------------
Pour into tall glass filled with pebble ice and stir.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a cherry, and a Chinese hanging latern pic.
