The thing on the dash of the pontiac at 2.15 is for seeing an over head traffic light if you stop too close under it, it will reflect on the prismed face.

You usually see them on chopped tops. It is used to see the stop lights easier. Nice to see it on a old Pontiac. That chrome on the hood and truck on the same car is also a hot item. You have to wonder about what happened to the people in some of these cars. And that goes for all junk yards. Ronnie.
