I think you got CB liquidity wrong. The bank reserves held at the FED is actually extracted from the bank system as reserve requirements. So if the bank reserves decreases it is actually adding liquidity to the system, not the other way around.

Bullish AR and MX. Assuming Milei doesn't lose support things are fundamentally different in AR. Different good or different bad? That remains to be seen but they are getting investor interest for the first time in decades. Meanwhile, in MX, you have the mass nearshoring effort of the US to move China to the south of the border. Massive public/private investment going on.

Powell was expected to be hawkish at the last meeting. He was dovish. He's rarely hawkish. He wants the markets up despite lying through his teeth by stating he's not concerned about the markets. At tomorrows meeting I expect him to dovishly hawkish.

I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back.

Investing is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds.

It’s more like; if it goes here it could go here if it does this., and if it doesn’t, expect this. That’s how price action works. Don’t expect to understand this by watching videos though.
