In defense of Tali the tank in that clip, the healer (Fandy) wasn't standing near or beyond the tank, which in turn made the tank's job more difficult to wrangle the add off her when she pulled threat. As a healer, you should always assume you will pull threat. This means that you should almost always be near the tank or beyond the tank so that the add you pull threat on will walk through the tank as it makes its way to you. She also ran around mindlessly once she pulled threat instead of repositioning or swapping to bear. Keep in mind that Tali is already tanking two mobs when she pulls threat on that third add. This is healing 101 kind of stuff with regards to positioning. To the guys in the group, you can criticize your female players when they mess up. It's OK. They're human, too. Don't simp.

The ‘he probably saves himself around 60 seconds’ made me crack up soo much. Funny about the Pika death in the beginning: he sees the shadow bolt cast time that kicks him out of vanish if I saw correctly. He switches targets before it hits but he does see the cast bar. The statistical analyse if you wanna call it that, does not take into account the effect of the lowest percentage of making it to lvl 10. It’s like the first boss in Bloodbourne or the first semester in medicine in uni etc. it ‘roots out the weak links’ therefor people crossing the threshhold of lvl 10 are much more likely to keep making it. Same happens in university in overfilled courses. Making the first semester extra hard, makes people drop out who aren’t willing to go the extra mile

To be fair to Pika I didn't get all my troll tempers on a run with druid as a tank (48). I needed 6 more so I came back to just solo random adds, not knowing two/three things. One trolls can social aggro the basilisks, two the basilisks are immune to hibernate, and three (I knew but forgot) the basilisks have a stun. I went for a hibernate on the basilisks saw immune pop up and before I could get back in to bear form with barkskin and the bear enrage + heal I was stunned and you all know what happened next. Tried to make it to a low reset spot where cat form would have kept me low enough from anything alas I never made it there... Thus ending my WoW HC Classic campaign (I did make it to 58 on rogue: died to elite adds in Eastern Plaguelands by an unfortunate Blind miss... and 60 on mage but that hardly seemed hard).

That video of the BRD wipe really pisses me off. The beekeeper is the one causing the wipe and is blaming everyone else. She started the event by running on the grate cover. Had she not run across the grate they'd be fine. And then to laugh at the warlock and say the warrior and mage fucked them. No Beekeeper was the trigger of the event/

the talk of statistics at the end really bothered me. people inferring explanation to numbers takes something objective and makes it subjective. A more reasonable explanation is that bad players get filtered out sooner with warrior, and that being a weaker class players are less likely to over-extend.

Warrior is as bad as your weapon is and viceversa. Most warr players spam dungeons until they get very very good weapons, and many of them simply buy better weapons on AH. A warr with a good weapon is much more powerful than most classes at high level, and if you add engineering on top of it, you are pretty much inmortal outside dungeons.

The REASONING is that we know mathematically that warrior is one of the most vulnerable classes in hardcore. That is OBJECTIVE truth. Looking at the survival metrics, seeing that the rate of survival is higher for warriors does not conclude that leveling a warrior must be easier. It completely disregards what we KNOW about the game. The implication is that there is a difference in how these classes are played and how they go about leveling. She stated 'if we ignore the first 10 levels', and then waved away the first 20 levels, before confidently making an inaccurate claim.. If warrior has a lower survival rate at low levels, that those that may have died at high level are already filtered out sooner. In addition to that, it is commonly agreed that the first 30 levels are the most dangerous generally. That would reason that classes that are safer would have higher percentage of their deaths at higher levels.

Those stats at the end = Better players pick warriors = Data/stats does not equal information... data with more data with more questions with data with more questions with more data, reviewed by intelligent people equals information. Is warrior easier after 10? My question is "do more experienced players play warrior, less expeirence players die early, those left are typically more experienced and see warrior as a challenge." I bet if we looked at how many WoW hours played by the warriors in this sample = XXX+ hours played than other classes on average. And the real reason warriors live more often is because they are played by more experienced players... Is my hypothesis.

The Pika death was 100% done on purpose, Xar thinks streamers don't die on purpose because it hurts their content but he is wrong. just look at all the attention he got from this. You can't tell me a pro wow player did not know mounting up; and running thru Dun mobs would not get him killed. He could have stayed in stealth, and walked out the same way he got in there. Remember he got in just fine, how did he do that? I wonder!! Xar is right when a streamer dies they might have one day at low lvl content, but the attention and clicks they get from the fake death is huge. I think you're schizo brother. Pika already died once, there's 0 chance he wants to sit here and re-level for "content". People are checked out on watching folks level already, plus Pika had an insane amount of stream content with the groups he was actively playing with (e.g. all the Soap stuff). I think sometimes streamers want to do the dumb stuff to have close moments perhaps, but wanting to die is silly. Also if you were gonna nuke your character I feel like there are much more clippable ways to do so than this, if that's what you're after.
