@@CindyRamirez-gl2pk agreed but I think always trying the natural route first , I've been off me anxiety and depression meds for couple years now and the biggest factor was I realized it comes and goes and I needed to try to just embrace the ups n downs rather than suppressing it with meds . but everyone is different! I just thought id share that maybe it will help someone have a different perspective on life 💞

@@lexm2884 its hard if you have PMDD, PCOS, or other hormonal issues non-related to a woman's cycle, you need medication to fix it. but it also can be birth control related, in which case the cause would be the medication.

Tbh when you first were sharing your mental health update I was assuming a better help ad was going to follow. I actually appreciated that fact that there wasn’t. I don’t care when people have sponsorships at all! But I realized that with so many better help ads it actually starts to feel like people only talk about it when it’s an ad and it made me really appreciate you being honest and checking in in with us. I hope you feel better soon, doll. My psychiatrist put it perfectly - The catch 22 of depression is that your brain is telling you not to do everything you need to do to feel better, i.e. exercising, journaling, getting on a healthy sleep cycle, etc.

Thank you for sharing your mental health journey with us Alisha!! ❤ a lot of us relate to your story! For me, it was also a really long process to lower my depression and anxiety medication, it took me around 2 years to fully stop taking it, but it’s fine!! I suffered a little bit with withdrawals so I had to extend the time I spent taking the different amounts of medication. The most important thing is to feel good and if it takes you 6 months or 3 years to stop taking medication IT DOES NOT MATTER. Time is just time, your wellbeing is the most important thing. I know it’s sooooo hard because it’s like you want to finish with the process as soon as possible, so I just want to send you lots of love and support 🫶🏻 you got this!

I have bangs toooooooooo - pro tip: if the bangs are looking cray, wash ur bangs in the sink w shampoo, blow dry, and they look as good as new!!! Takes less than 5 mins and looks like u washed ur whole head. Add some dry shampoo to the rest of your head if she greasin’ and voilà ❤️‍🔥
