That's the best interview about the book! I've watched many interviews about this confusing book, but they didn't ask the relevant questions. I guess they didn't read the book. If you read the book, you will have exactly the questions Guy asked. Now, I can appreciate the book more. Thanks, Guy!

The reaction of Seth Godin at 43:36 is🙊. Rich Dad Poor Dad. Atleast that's better than the Jackie Chan story.😄

Good Lord! This is such a valuable chat, it is pretty ridiculous to add timestamps! Nevertheless, here are a couple: 20:36 - The Kodak story 23:36 - The Google story Shinil Payamal has already made reference to the funny Rich Dad Poor Dad story, but please allow me to fix the timestamp for the viewers 43:19 To end this comment, i will forever remember Seth saying the opportunity of the internet isn’t to reach everybody it is to reach somebody, because it will help us remember to look through the correct side of the telescope 💜 Good Lord!

This interview is true gem ... Purple Cow was the first book i bought by seth ... this idea of strategy as a philosophy of becoming ... is a masterpiece of understanding it forces us to appreciate that we should find / search a methodology of doing things cos only in doing things , do things change we are creatives in the sense that we have potential to act and by taking an action, there will be a result so choose wisely that desired result we all have this power ... choose wisely what systems we buy into ... many are invisible🙂 .

The "riff" idea and "testing on what riffs I need for explaining concepts" is what I have been using for years to create a "one click" design to understand complex components. I was just never able to describe it as well as Seth. The other concept I have found to be very important is to organize it in a top-down format with the main idea at the top so the supporting idea doesn't get lost in the riffs. Keep up the great work!
