This is a common defect arising in consequence of normal use the MacBook Pro, as well as upon contact with moisture (alcohol wipes to clean the screen, etc.), but for a long time, Apple refused warranty obligation for such defects because the owner had to spend money on a replacement display module entirely.
However, there is a way to remove the anti-reflective coating yourself.
