Retinols Suggested by Dr. Bomer

I’m 21 and use prescription Retin A for acne/acne scars and just overall skin turnover. I believe it’s 0.05%? I originally was on 0.01%. I watched your video on how to apply it and did as such. I notice i get these little red bumps on my skin the next day from using this. Feels scaley. Do you know why?

Im not a doctor, but i read that that is normal in the first 1 or 2 months of use, retinol should be used before water base products , but after heavier moinsturizers, cause its strong enough to get to the skin, and go with small amounts
