Romanian Living Guide: Rent a studio (30-38sqm) 250Euros in most of the cities, 300-400 euros in Bucharest you can find even a good two bedroom apartment. Do Shoping at Kaufland and in the traditional markets were peasants are coming to sell their goods 100Eur a week 20eur a month public transport sub During weekens have parties drinks in general 3-5 euros per drink when you want to go to the mountain side: take the train (8 euros to go to Sinaia, Busteni, Azuga, Brasov smth like that You can go to the Sea side with 20 euros I think there the accomodation is a little schetchy

Not realistic. You won’t get by in Croatia anywhere on the coast with 1000 a month. Inland maybe.

Thank you for the comment. It is realistic, I spent 6 weeks in Croatia last year and I was very fine with $1000 a month. Obviously if you are on a budget you don’t base yourself in touristic areas - on the coast but in a smaller town and make a trip to the coast whenever you feel like.

Do you have an EU Passport. If not you will find it difficult to get the essential resident permits. Easier if you are a millionaire, but if you are you would not be watching this video.

For those without EU passport there is an option of 1 year temporary residency (renewable) which you can get by owning a property or by renting one and having 1 year contract. By no means I am a millionaire either , otherwise I wouldn’t make this video 😂
