This is a great sales pitch video for getting people interested in going this route. These two make it sound super simple, super easy. Probably not the case. As proof, the property owner said he had to come up with a QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS for JUST!!! the down payment.....Then, like majik, the money guy who was introduced at the start just vanished from the whole video!!! Sketchyyyy AF!!!! Then!!! an avowed scripture misquoting Christian AND a MARINE gets on and admits to flat out lying, and being deceptive......THOSE TWO THINGS, A FAITH PROFESSING CHRISTIAN AND A MARINE, lying, misquoting scripture, and being intentionally deceptive have me totally turned off......NO THANKS!!!!! .... 🤮🤮🤮🤮
