I totally felt like the mid century house was great for them. Especially with the pool !! I guess the distance turned him away. I'm not a fan of the new neighborhoods with no trees, but I'm glad he found something he wants and is excited to be able to make it more custom to his choices.

HGTV stop posting your videos when you cut stuff out. Here we never saw the third house, and we didn't get to hear the guy story on his win and why he is in Florida now. Does.anyone preview the videos before you post them? You are doing David a big injustice by cutting out scenes and not posting the whole video. Also is it my computer or hgtv going back to regular scene or the big shots of their faces its not my computer back and forth big camera shot to normal. 1. I find it hilarious that they call it "Lakeland region". That's like referring to Rhoda Island as "New York City region." Yes, they are close, but one area has it's own history. 2.
