Ryan try to change your encoder it might help your streams. Also if your bitrate is low it could lead to the pixelation issue you have

To change encoder you have to go to settings: output. This is for streamlabs btw.

Also you might want to find out your bitrate, for 1080p streaming you will need 7.5mb per second internet speed. or more. I recommend you check your bitrate to see your problem. Also try the other options as well.

Also what frame rate do you use for your streams? Higher frame rates means you need stronger internet which may cause your stream to have problems. I hope I can help,.

how to fix the pixily stream upload speed you can try to increase it, it also depends on video resolution and fps of the stream. For this particular issue I would try to change encoder completely under settings -> output.

if you increase your bit rate that may help. a lower bit rate is lower internet speeds, a higher bit rate is for faster internet. if you use obs go to settings--> Output and change bit rate according to speeds. make sure streaming and recording bit rates are different. you may be using the same for both streaming and recording, that's why there is lag

I have had this exact same issue. It is likely due to not having enough bandwidth. If you do not have an ethernet connection, be sure to use one for streaming. Lower internet speeds may also be due to more internet traffic during the quarantine. I would check your internet speed and make sure to not stream over wifi.

If you're recording with an Elgato then I might know what the problem is because I used to have this problem when I used it. So what you do is you go into the settings and you go to capture and then change your profile to something else. You can then change your profile back to the one that you want it on and then press cancel. This should reset your Elgato or something like that and return to normal.
