just because the police dont feel like chasing someone doesnt mean you can murder them, police do not decide what the punishment is, judges do. he had no right to hit and kill that man.

First I'd like to say I absolutely detest this AG lady which I consider worthless to the real world we live in. and that being said, Charging him with murder is a over the top of common reason. There's many mitigating circumstances at play here and lets not forget the MSP were the Good guys chasing the bad guys so in that context this man died due to HIS poor CRIMINAL choices. I think it's a travesty of justice to go after the good guys when one of the bad guys dies. THEY know the rules of the street; "Play with fire there's always a chance you'll get burned" He did and I say Oh well....shouldn't have lived the hood life. Lets also consider all the fine things this fine felon would go on to do later had he lived.

Police narcissistically believe they are the true heroes of society based on authority, NOT the Marines, Rangers, Special Forces, Seals, Firemen, Purple Heart Recipients, Wounded Warriors, and not even POW survivors could come close ... Just ask any cop and they'll tell you it's true...!
