Mark & Pom did my retirement visa, driving license, bank account, residence certificate, and 90-day report. I use them for everything - excellent service, worth every penny. Highly recommended. Great info in this video for anyone needing these types of services. 🙂 I do recommend going to the office early in the morning ... if you go in the afternoon, you might get distracted on the way walking down Soi 6 and never make it there. 🙂🙂

A good video, thank you. I have a non imm O visa and each year I apply for a 1 year extension based on retirement. This year ideally I would like to apply for the 1 year extension early. I thought the soonest I can apply is 30 days before the current extension finishes but Mark has said 3 months. Would be lovely if you can check this, thanks.
