During heavy winds, I think it can easily get dislodged and can be blown off toward the upward direction and the shade net needs to be of a very high quality so that it doesn't tear under environmental stress..... (same with the wires). So you need to secure it properly when you open the shadenet.....

@Nikesh Kumar - What you mention is correct. But my canopy is sarounded all-round by walls. So no heavy winds. I have used stainless steel wire rope which is very sturdy. And the cloth is a heavy duty one. It is more than 20 months, still working. No problem at all.

@@satnurkrishnarao I have been using a similar shade net for more than 2 years, its fantastic, its in open area. Even during recent storm effects it held on nicely. Only thing is it gets little stretched, so once in a while it needs tightening. Good investment at cheap price.

I have a home gym , and need something like that in order to enjoy the sun sometimes , but what worries me is the rain, i dont want my metal stuff and fridge to be under the rain. is that cover rain water proof ?

No. It is not water proof cloth.

How many turn buckles are used and what size? And please share the cost of aluminium channel - 3/4" square

Turnbuckle size 20 and 4 inch length. I have used only 3 turnbuckles. One end of the cable wire is fixed and turn buckle on the other end. Regarding aluminum channel price, please enquire local hardware shop.

Sir wat is the distance to be set btw each pole my area is around 35 feet length n 18 ft width. Also do we need to use oil or lubrications for the string And lastly any maintenance for rust over the string or the metals we used ...
