Here's the thing, Yar was gonna use whoever he was with. If u look at Yar's ex, she also is very successful & has many things going for herself. Yar said it himself when he met Alex, the main thing that attracted him to her was her "HUSTLE". Yar tried to use his ex, i could almost guarantee it. She had the tesla he wanted, a house, degrees in business, etc...but the difference between her & Alex is, she's SECURE IN HERSELF & DON'T NEED TO BUY A MAN!!!! When Yar tried to use his ex, she most likely said "absolutely NOT" whereas Alex said "YESSSSS I'LL GIVE U EVERYTHING, JUST COME LIVE WITH ME SO I'M NEVER ALONE". Right from the jump she was taking him to LA & NY on trips putting him up in nice hotels & renting him cool luxury cars to drive. She paid off his loans & let him take all her earnings, because she was determined to shove a new relationship in Alan's face & her clock to be married by 30 was ticking.

First, I lived in a luxury high rise in a big city. This is NOT it! Second, one thing that bothers me about Alexis her need to romanticize her bad decisions. She talks about her story with Yarman like it is a Disney story with the perfect happily ever after ending. And by no means am I saying that romance isn’t real. However, she definitely uses all of this fairytale Disney like language to cover up the fact that they are two people who didn’t know each other, and immediately decided to have a life together, and fast forward four or five years later, and they act like college roommates or strangers who are just getting to know each other. Clearly, something is off, and you can’t hide that bye relating your situation to a Disney love story. It also shows, in my opinion, how immature her mind is about life and the reality of healthy relationships. Not to mention the pick-me behavior she demonstrates to this day.

So many of us discussed that in forums because it's almost like she completely had a crazy moment or thought that she was going to convince her newer followers who haven't been familiar with her journey of that lie. I actually grew up in the black community in Detroit, so i understand what "colorism" is & yes the "lightskined/redbones" are looked at different, or even biracial (which majority of my family is mixed black/white) are also seen different as well. Looking at their situation and history on paper, it’s difficult to challenge that possibility (or likelihood)… These were my thoughts a few months ago on discovering Alexandra, and with this look back in time I've come full circle about it. We only see what he wants us to see, and actions speak louder than words. edit-- some would say she is equally or more at fault for (presumably) asking him to move in and offering for him to take over her finances... To that I say, perhaps, but there are two paths to take in that situation: one is to maintain healthy boundaries despite her desire to rush things, and the other is to waltz over the threshold of her home and seize all of the control she offered up. Yar as we know did the latter. Even if he wasn't setting out to take her resources, between his opportunism to accept it all & his infantilization of her in this moving video, I'd find it hard to imagine these being the behaviors of somebody with real regard for her emotional well-being. Most victims of emotional abuse are willing until they wake up and realize what they've gotten themselves into, including those who accepted it for selfish/awful reasons. So I still have zero sympathy for her, just wanted to clarify my remarks by and note that despite her cruel nature he does still exercise a great deal of power over her - emotionally, financially, and otherwise - and my guess is that this likely extends to some level of abuse, as you noted is common with these patterns.

Please Alex is using yar and yar is using Alex point blank. It is not one sided. I think that Alexandra Rodriguez is wanting to be a plus size model, just by the way she is expressing herself and I have watched plus size models on KZbin and also on television and Alexandra doesn’t have the confidence in herself to be a plus size model she might have the face, but she doesn’t have the body or the confidence and she doesn’t especially poses the way she her legs and carries herself and then she places her hands in places it a plus size model would not place her hands on their own body to be on the runway and plus size model event!! Alex tried to misrepresent herself as a plus-size model for years. The truth is that she did a couple of print campaigns and went on a couple of brand trips to model clothing but she was never ever a signed model. She was never signed to any agency and never did any official Runway or major campaigns. She could barely even walk in heels when she was thinner, she has never been confident enough to model properly and it's always awkward when she shows her clothing, strategically placing pillows clothing and her arms in places where she is insecure about her body. Her days of saying that she was going to bring back modeling are gone. At this point, which brand would want to work with such a horrible person anyway? She has botched her body Beyond repair and even if she were to lose weight she never would have the discipline to get a semi-decent body back that any brand would want officially modeling their clothing
